HelloCribs.com Ships Immediately!
It is our goal to ship your order on the same day it is received. Orders are processed and shipped via FedEx during regular business hours (Monday through Friday 8 a.m. - 4 p.m. PST, excluding holidays). In an effort to process and ship your order immediately, we reserve the right to use an alternate shipping carrier (i.e. UPS, FedEx) or ship your order in multiple packages if doing so results in better service. You will receive one or more tracking numbers in a confirmation e-mail when your order is shipped. You can track your order with this number at our tracking page.

When will my order be shipped?
Your order will be shipped immediately. Most orders will ship out within a day of ordering (we do not ship Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays). Once it is shipped, orders are generally received within 4-7 business days.

Easy Return Policy

If for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return your purchase within 30 days of receipt for a refund or an exchange of the purchase price excluding our shipping and handling costs.
If an item has free shipping, the actual shipping cost will be deducted from your return refund. In the circumstance where an item arrives damaged or there was an error on our behalf, and it cannot be remedied with replacement parts, we will pay to return the item to us and send you a replacement unit. If you do not wish for replacement parts or unit, then the item can be returned under our standard return policy.
All returned products must be in original condition and packaging; otherwise, additional charges may be applied. Unfortunately, we cannot take returns of products that have been assembled or modified.
Returning an Item or Order
1. Please email support@hellocribs.com and include your original order number, the product(s) you are returning, and your contact information. We will issue you an RMA number and a return address.
2. Wrap the package carefully and securely. All returned products must be in original condition and packaging; otherwise, additional charges may be applied.
3. Return the product using your preferred shipping method to the address you are provided. Insurance on the package is highly recommended as we cannot accept responsibility for packages that we do not ship ourselves.
4. Save your return tracking number, and if possible, email it to us so that we can track the return.
Please Note: Unless the return or exchange is due to an error on our part, we cannot refund shipping and handling. We will issue a credit to the credit card used for the original purchase.
5. Once your package has been received at HelloCribs.com, your refund will be processed in the original form of payment within five business days. You will be notified via email to the address listed on your order when this transaction has taken place. Please note that your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the information from HelloCribs.com.
Easy Exchange Policy
All the products we mail out are well-packaged to withstand damage during shipping. If an item appears to be damaged or has missing parts, please notify us. We will do our best to mail out the replacement part needed as quickly as possible and at no additional cost to you. If you decide that you do not wish for any replacement parts or unit, the item can then be returned under our standard return policy as stated above.
